“Greetings citizens of the world, we are Anonymous. For several months our humble ship has been watching corporations like Monsanto; who seek to monopolize and control our food supply whilst they manipulate the genetic makeup of our foods.
“It is clear to us that all of this is done with the consent of the Food and Drug Administration and our Federal Government. Monsanto has successfully evaded regulation and has been allowed to essentially police itself by keeping a "revolving-door" open between its own personnel and the legislators and regulators of the FDA.
“The FDA has even recently struck down a petition with over a million supporters seeking the mandatory labeling of products containing Monsanto's GMOs. The only way Monsanto continues to get away with this blatant infiltration of the food regulation industry is simply because not enough people are aware of their dangerous products or questionable business practices. We seek to change this.
“Monsanto, the people see you. Anonymous sees you. This is not a call to hack, deface, or perform a Distributed Denial of Service attack on any websites. This is a call for direct action.

“Anonymous is declaring solidarity with the Label It Yourself (#LIY) campaign. To help, do some quick research and create your own labels and stick them on the foods in the store that contain GMO. Check labelityourself.com for information, resources, and a sample GMO Warning Label to print out. You can also make your own.
“Make your labels as interesting and informative as possible, remember that this is an effort to educate the public! Inform your family and friends, and even complete strangers about Monsanto and the danger of GMOs. Upload photos of your labels and labeled products to social media sites. If Monsanto and the FDA will not listen to our call to label GMO, we will label them ourselves.
